Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
This policy covers how AA Polo Equipment handles delivery for orders placed through aapolo.ng or completed with us over WhatsApp.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within Abuja and the Federal Capital Territory. Our stock is held here, so your order is not waiting on a shipment or on customs clearance.
Interstate and international shipping are being added. If you are ordering from outside the FCT, contact us before you place the order and we will tell you what we can arrange and what it will cost.
You are also welcome to collect from us at Guards Polo Club. Choose collection at checkout or tell us on WhatsApp, and we will confirm when your order is ready and packed.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are processed that day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, fuel supply and events in the city can all affect a delivery run. If your order is time-critical for a match or a tournament, tell us when you order and we will be straight with you about whether we can make it.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order, and are shown in full before you pay. Saddles, mallet bundles and bulk yard orders cost more to move than gloves or tape, and the checkout reflects that.
Collection from us is always free.
Stock and Availability
Product pages show live stock. Occasionally an item sells through more than one channel at once and a line becomes unavailable after you have ordered. If that happens we will contact you within one working day and offer you the choice of waiting for the restock, swapping for an alternative, or a full refund for that item.
Where an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we will ask whether you want the order held and sent complete, or the in-stock part sent first.
On the Day of Delivery
Our rider or courier will call the phone number on your order before arriving, so please give a number that will be answered. Deliveries need someone present to receive and sign for the order.
Please check your parcel before you sign. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it at the point of delivery and photograph it — this makes a damage claim far easier to settle. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If Delivery Fails
If nobody is available and we cannot reach you, we will attempt delivery once more at no extra charge. After a second failed attempt the order returns to us and a further delivery is charged again.
An incomplete or incorrect delivery address is the most common cause of a failed delivery. Please check your address carefully at checkout, including landmarks and access instructions, which matter a great deal in Abuja.
Orders that come back to us and are not re-arranged within 14 days are refunded as a change-of-mind cancellation, with the original delivery charge deducted.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched. You can also see the current status of any order by signing in to your account and opening My Orders.
If you ordered over WhatsApp, we will update you in the same chat.
Risk and Ownership
Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to the address on the order, or handed to you at collection. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
